Francisco Pines joined Brigham Moore in 2000 and practices as a partner in the firm’s Miami office. He practices exclusively in the areas of eminent domain, inverse condemnation, and property rights litigation.
Mr. Pines is a graduate of Florida International University (B.A. 1998) and St. Thomas University School of Law (J.D. 2002). He has represented clients in condemnation and inverse condemnation against local, state, federal authorities, in both federal and state courts and has been recognized as a Top Up and Coming Lawyer by the South Florida Legal Guide. Mr. Pines is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida
