Robert C. Byrne is a partner in the firm, located in the Miami office with more than 30 years experience in the legal field. He served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida prior to first joining the firm in 1974. As a trial lawyer in the U.S. Attorney's office and in his subsequent private practice, Mr. Byrne has had extensive experience in civil litigation focusing in all areas of eminent domain law. In 2009 he was selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers In America and Florida Super Lawyers as well as being recognized as a Top Lawyer by the South Florida Legal Guide.
